NOTICE to people who pick product up at our place: The new location for pick up is 2470 State Rt. 96 in Ovid, NY 14521. This is also our mailing address. Pick up hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.

FEDEX FREIGHT / FLAT RATE PALLET BOX:
Recommended for orders of 3500 or more. Max 12,000 per pallet. Cost per pallet is determined by delivery zone, at a flat rate ranging from $286 to $527. This cost is based on commercial deliveries only (3rd party determination).
FEDEX ADDITIONAL FEES (and how to avoid them!)
Additional charges may be added for the following:
- Phone notification fee: $58
- Residential delivery fee: $136
- Lift gate fee: $129
Proven alternatives to avoid additional charges:
- Arrange for a local business to accept delivery
- Schedule your delivery to your local FedEx distribution center
- **These options do require customer pickup
Do not ask for a phone notification - you can call them for free.
Packaging: Our product is packed in 10"X10"X1.7" pizza boxes at 50 doc's per box. Our small case holds 5 boxes. Our large case holds 10 boxes. Pizza boxes store nicely in most freezers.
